Executive Coordinator to CEO

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Ideal Candidate- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Strong under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in document preparation, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
