We are looking for a seasoned Broker Liaison Expert to join our team at Old Mutual South Africa. As a key stakeholder in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers, ensuring seamless communication, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced product/service information and respond to complex customer questions about the product/service.
  • Record and process custom/special orders that may require additional resources for delivery and coordinate with those teams as required.
  • Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.

The successful candidate will possess Matric, relevant insurance-related qualifications, and 5 years' or more experience in Short Term Insurance. 2 – 3 years' experience in a Broker Liaison role is also preferred.
