At Mirna Butler Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client's team in the financial sector in Bloemfontein. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in an accounting environment and is looking for a new challenge.

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and responding to emails

Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own reliable transport
  • Knowledge and experience of UIF, COIDA, CIPC, etc., will be an advantage
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Good telephone etiquette

Remuneration

The salary for this role is estimated to be around R 10,000 per month, depending on experience.

 

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30, with occasional flexibility required to meet the needs of the team.
