German Insights and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to join our vibrant team at Initiate International. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch telephonic and ticket support to our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our cutting-edge software.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide expert-level support to clients, guiding them to make the most of our software.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure customer service levels are consistently high, with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) met daily.
- Seamless Transitions: Collaborate with our Implementations Team to smoothly transition client accounts to the support phase.
- Training: Empower clients by training them on all aspects of our software, helping them maximize its potential.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage proactively with clients, highlighting the added value of premium features.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with German-speaking teammates and other teams, contributing to a fun and productive work environment.
- Content Creation: Occasionally assist in creating educational video and written content, making it easy for clients to use our software independently.
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German.
- Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in a technical customer support role.
- Hospitality Experience: Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, especially at the front desk or in reservations, is a plus.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and software, with a knack for upselling.
