Responsibilities
  • Execute job costing & work in progress reports;
  • Administer the process for new suppliers/procurement;
  • Generate work in progress reports & credit note reports from the system for review;
  • Prepare labour recovery reports & overtime reports;
  • Process customer payments;
  • Conduct daily cash-up & credit card reconciliation procedures/authorization;
  • Follow up with debtors/other stakeholders regarding unallocated debtors & default payments;
  • Maintain minutes of meetings;
  • Compile forecasts of collections for equipment/service and parts;
  • Provide maintenance planning & service administration support;
