Key Responsibilities- Advanced SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement complex, large-scale SEO strategies that align with EyeCarePro's broader business and marketing goals across multiple clients or product lines.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Lead advanced technical SEO audits, mobile-first optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, schema markup implementations, and site migration projects. Ensure all technical recommendations are based on SEO best practices and the latest algorithm updates.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between the SEO team and other departments, including content, development, and marketing teams. Provide clear, actionable SEO recommendations and ensure seamless execution across departments.
- Data-Driven SEO Execution: Use advanced data analytics to refine SEO strategies, identifying gaps, trends, and growth opportunities by leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Innovative SEO Practices: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, experimenting with new SEO tactics (AI-driven content optimization, voice search, visual search, etc.) and introducing scalable, innovative strategies that enhance organic search performance.
- Client-Facing Strategy Ownership: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, presenting SEO strategies, reports, and insights. Guide clients on SEO's role in the broader digital strategy, ensuring the alignment of expectations with performance outcomes.
- Team Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the SEO team. Serve as a thought leader, presenting at industry events and contributing to EyeCarePro's reputation as a global SEO authority.
- SEO Project Management: Lead and manage multiple SEO projects with varying complexity, ensuring timely and flawless execution. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and the quality of deliverables.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Technical SEO Mastery: Deep knowledge of all aspects of technical SEO, including structured data, hreflang tags for international and local SEO, crawl budget optimization, and JavaScript SEO.
- Analytics & Data Mastery: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Site Migrations & Large-Scale SEO Projects: Proven experience managing complex technical projects, ensuring minimal impact on SEO performance.
- Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Expertise in performing advanced competitor and market analysis to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead SEO initiatives from concept to execution, aligning SEO strategy with broader business objectives.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative thinker who can experiment with new ideas and develop innovative SEO strategies.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO priorities are embedded in all digital projects.
