Sales Business Development Representative at CallForce

This role is focused on selling to end customers in the base as well as new non-Business customers using the telephone, Web 2.0 technologies and face to face engagements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development
  • Developing relationships with the assigned customer base to drive the sales process.
  • Market Analysis
  • Running sales campaigns and promotions, in accordance with the sales strategy.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Building direct relationships with end user organizations.
  • Account Planning
  • Developing territory & account plans, prioritizing internal and external resources.
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Positioning "end to end" solutions to the end customer.
  • Support
  • Providing 1st level support and escalating 2nd and 3rd level support.

Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Advanced customer relationship skills with a proven sales record.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
