Sales Business Development Representative at CallForce
This role is focused on selling to end customers in the base as well as new non-Business customers using the telephone, Web 2.0 technologies and face to face engagements.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development
- Developing relationships with the assigned customer base to drive the sales process.
- Market Analysis
- Running sales campaigns and promotions, in accordance with the sales strategy.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Building direct relationships with end user organizations.
- Account Planning
- Developing territory & account plans, prioritizing internal and external resources.
- Communication & Presentation
- Positioning "end to end" solutions to the end customer.
- Support
- Providing 1st level support and escalating 2nd and 3rd level support.
Requirements
- 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Advanced customer relationship skills with a proven sales record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
