  • Overall organization and efficient accommodation and catering operations

  • Consumables procurement
  • Hygiene and safety management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years general management experience
  • Preferred industries: Remote camp facilities management, camp construction, mining, tourism, and catering
  • Driver's license
  • Preferred knowledge and practical experience in all Health & Safety areas, including Q-Pro, Food Safety and Hygiene, and Mine Health and Safety requirements
  • Experience in procurement and logistics
  • Good financial understanding of all aspects of business management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and dispute resolution skills
  • Managed organizations larger than 200 employees with multiple divisions
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • General Hotel Management qualification
  • Completed and certified course in Business Management
