The Legends Agency is seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Spa Manager to join our exceptional team at a luxurious haven nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Knysna, South Africa.

This role offers an incredible opportunity to work in a serene retreat that values employee growth and wellness.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can:

  • Support Daily Operations: Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa Front Desk and facilities, ensuring smooth administration and coordination across Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness areas.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service and efficiency while adhering to company policies to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.
  • Leadership Skills: Help manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Handle scheduling, inventory management, and guest inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the spa or beauty industry, with at least 1 year in an assistant managerial or supervisory role. A strong educational background and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are also essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
