Job Title: Vehicle Admin Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Admin Clerk to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. As a Vehicle Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle sales and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle sales and monitor stocked vehicles
  • Capture stock into the computer system and safeguard vehicle keys
  • Handle orders, including raising, posting, authorizing, and ensuring timely invoicing
  • Oversee deal file management and floorplan reconciliation
  • Reconcile, manage, and recover vehicle debtors
  • Produce daily stock reports for the sales team
  • Process payments, transfers, and bank cheques
  • Conduct weekly stock counts and handle general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years' costing experience with Admin Clerk in the automotive industry
  • Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like Ford, Kia, Mazda etc.
  • Motor industry experience specifically
  • Grade 12
  • Clear criminal record
