Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**

ABC Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our New Sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth budgets and company sales goals
* Lead new sales within each region, including sales and campaign planning, management reporting, and business plan development
* Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, including performance management and coaching
* Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects, and initiate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
* Conduct one-on-one reviews with sales team members to build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for improvement
* Assist sales team members in preparation of proposals and presentations, and manage sales statistics and reports

**Requirements**

* 2-3 years' experience in ICT sales, with basic technical knowledge and experience in FTTB new business sales
* Ability to do cold calling, hunting, and customer cold calls
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruitment, training, and development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with sales team members and stakeholders
