Tourism Operations Coordinator

Key Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate with Mathematics: Minimum standard grade or above.
- Tertiary Certificate in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality: Essential for a career in this field.
Experience and Skills:
- 2-3 Years of Experience: At an intermediate level, handling customer relationships and developing/promoting products/services in the inbound travel industry.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written and oral, in English, for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Foreign Language Skills: An advantage for working with international clients.
- Tour Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with TourPlan and WISH, or similar booking/operating systems, essential for managing tour operations.
- General Product Knowledge: Southern and East Africa, for effective product promotion.
- Personal or Educational Travel Experience: An advantage for understanding client needs.

- Excellent Attention to Detail: For maintaining high standards in tour operations.
- Ability to Work in a Team: Collaborative approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
