Property Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Excellerate JHI.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management operations, with a focus on leadership, organisation, and communication.
This role involves managing a cluster of buildings, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum Grade 12 qualification and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities or Operations Management are required.
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses, as well as preparing and presenting financial reports.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and business systems like SAP and MDA.
- Familiarity with lease conditions and contract management principles.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading efforts in budgeting and expense control.
- Managing building operations and administration.
- Coordinating facilities maintenance and tenant installations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
