Job Description:

This Senior Financial Advisor role is a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for championing our customers' financial needs by identifying opportunities, providing expert advice, and recommending personalized financial plans and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have a proven track record in life insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building strategies
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and guidance to customers, leveraging industry expertise to meet their unique needs
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans and solutions, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12/ NQF 4) as a minimum educational requirement
  • At least 24 months of experience in life insurance sales, with a proven track record of success
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
  • Regulatory Examination/RE5 certification
  • A recognized FSB qualification or credits related to the date of first appointment in the industry
