About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Spa Operations Manager to join our exceptional team at Pezula Nature Retreat. As a key member of our spa management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the spa front desk and within the spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Spa Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth administration and coordination of spa, salon, fitness, and wellness facilities.
  • Maintain efficiency and adherence to company standards, promoting exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Somatology certification (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
  • A Business Management/Administration Diploma advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the spa/beauty industry.
  • At least 1 year of assistant managerial/supervisor experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Opera and ESP systems – advantageous.
  • Excellent client service, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • A proactive mindset and goal-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and teamwork.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is between R350,000 and R450,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
