Responsibilities
  • Consulting Services
    • Provide expert advice on health insurance plans, medical scheme options, and employee benefits.

    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and solutions.
  • Client Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly HR/Payroll teams and executive management.

  • Project Coordination
    • Oversee and manage special projects, creating project plans, delegating tasks, and providing regular progress updates to relevant teams.

Requirements
  • A postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning or a BCom qualification (NQF5).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on healthcare consulting and employee benefits.
  • An RE5 qualification (regulated by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act).
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical tools.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other South African language.
