- A postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning or a BCom qualification (NQF5).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on healthcare consulting and employee benefits.
- An RE5 qualification (regulated by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act).
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical tools.
- Own transport and a valid driver's license.
- Fluency in English and at least one other South African language.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, marketing campaign management, and managing sales initiatives.
- A strong entrepreneurial and business orientation.
