HR Business Partnership and Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Provide HRBP services to the commercial organisation, ensuring full compliance with local legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Recruit, select, and place candidates in terms of agreed recruitment and selection process and turnaround times required.
- Manage the engagement of successful candidates by ensuring that all the required documents are completed and signed and processed through Payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Post-graduate qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in senior HRBP/HR Management role.
- Proven track record of all HR audit submissions and WSP/ATR for CHIETA submissions.
