Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Promote our products and services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets to drive business growth
  • Ensure sales contracts align with legal and corporate standards
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success
  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and enhance team performance in client acquisition and sales
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales processes based on market insights and customer needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the sales team
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on effective sales techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar strategic sales role managing multiple sites, preferably within the ICT/tech industry
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities
