Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Infinity Brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that spans multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create and publish engaging content that resonates with our target audience and represents our brand's voice, tone, and values.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and developing community-building initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor social media accounts daily, track engagement metrics, and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Brand Consistency and Voice: Ensure that all social media content reflects our brand's tone, style, and values, and work closely with other departments to maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
  • Collaboration and Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing, design, and paid media teams to coordinate social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content and design.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
