Job Title: Social Paid Media Manager

Initiate International is seeking a highly skilled Social Paid Media Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Identify and target key demographics and psychographics within the iGaming community.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Allocate and manage budgets for paid social campaigns.
  • Optimize spending to maximize returns and meet acquisition targets.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and the iGaming industry.
  • Ensure all paid media campaigns comply with industry regulations and advertising standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in the iGaming or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments related to the iGaming industry is a plus.
