About the Role

At Ultra Glide, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our lifestyle products to customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to promote and sell lifestyle products, building trust and rapport to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cold Calling: Develop and execute effective cold calling strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Objection Handling: Develop and implement effective objection handling techniques to overcome customer resistance and close sales.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence attributes, including empathy, self-awareness, and social skills.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to collaborate with, lead, and educate fellow staff members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Adeptness at analyzing facts, problem-solving, decision-making, and demonstrating good judgment in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Practical knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to use and execute them effectively to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Loan Agreement Understanding: Ability to understand and discuss loan agreements with customers, providing clear and concise information to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Responsibility and Professionalism: Accept personal responsibility for performance commitments and objectives, maintaining high professional and ethical standards, commitment, perseverance, and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
