About This Role

At Performability, we are seeking a seasoned Fintech Partnership Development Lead to spearhead our channel sales and partnership management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Create actionable, measurable, and focused strategies in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier channel partners across various industries, including fintech, leasing, and asset finance.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with partners to ensure seamless integration and success.
  • Partnership Development and Enablement:
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key channel partners, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop tailored training modules highlighting the benefits of leasing solutions, tax implications, and operational advantages.
  • Provide partners with market resources, sales tools, and ongoing support to ensure their success in promoting leasing solutions.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and certification programs to empower partners and enhance their expertise.
  • Sales and Market Expansion:
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that drive revenue growth and penetration into new markets.
  • Leverage channel partnerships to tap into untapped markets, particularly in industries reliant on asset financing.
  • Design partner-specific marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and market share growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner-driven leasing revenue, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct data-driven reviews to evaluate partner performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Create incentive programs to align partners with growth targets and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Market Insight and Strategy Adjustment:
  • Monitor evolving market trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences to adapt partnership strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide insights to internal teams for product development and pricing strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
  • Evaluate and ensure that partner-led leasing solutions comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of partner activities to mitigate risks associated with financial mismanagement or non-compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to support channel operations and achieve targets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance within the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably within the fintech leasing or asset finance industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner networks and building strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of leasing and financial solutions, including lease structuring, financial analysis, and ROI projections.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
