Senior Administrative Coordinator for Academic Departments

The Personal Assistant to the Senior Director DLTE plays a critical role in supporting the Senior Director and their team. This includes managing the Senior Director's diary and schedule, as well as coordinating various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing reception and administrative support to the Senior Director;
- Assisting with the administration of meetings, e.g., agenda, minutes, actions;
- Managing the Senior Director's diary and schedule;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office through effective liaison with internal and external service providers.
Requirements:
- At least an NQF level 6 administration or secretarial qualification;
- Five years' relevant experience in administrative support at managerial level;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another official South African language;
- Able to liaise with individuals at management and other levels;
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain accuracy and efficiency;
- High-level organisational abilities;
- Demonstrable initiative in the performance of required tasks.
