Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
  • Identify local marketing needs and opportunities through regular meetings with store and regional operational managers.
  • Develop and maintain alignment between the GBM operational team and the marketing department.
  • Oversee the execution of key initiatives and ensure adherence to marketing plans, standards, and corporate identity.
Visual Merchandising Strategy:

Develop and implement visual merchandising standards for Buco and Timbercity, per product category.

  • Ensure consistency in visual merchandising across all stores nationally.
Store Development Assistance:

Support the development of store feasibility plans, store opening plans, and revamps.

  • Provide Marketing intelligence to the Development Manager.
  • Manage interior and exterior store signage needs.
Event Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute key store and regional events including store openings, store revamps, golf days, trade shows, and community events.

  • Oversee the professional execution of store and regional events.
Marketing Research and Reporting:

Support the central marketing team with sourcing data and conducting research.

  • Compile and present monthly reports, campaign reports, and financial reports.
