Dialysis Center Director Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Center Director to lead our dialysis centers in the Limpopo region.

About the Job:

This is a challenging opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our company. As the Dialysis Center Director, you will be responsible for leading, directing and managing the activities of the dialysis centers in order to further develop and grow dialysis activities in the Limpopo region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the management of the dialysis centers in the Limpopo region.
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Implementation of customer-centric strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring of treatment and financial performance against set objectives.
  • Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including regional nephrologists.
  • Coaching and development of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Alignment with and support for our client in South Africa.
What We're Looking For

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, sales and marketing management, or business unit management.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in managing teams in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • A strong analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Able to think outside the box and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with the medical device field and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
