Job Title: Strategic Client Growth Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Client Growth Executive to join our Commercial Sales and Service department at Spane4all. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

You will work closely with our existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including expansion into new markets and growth through existing client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new clients and grow existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and credit analysts, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in a business development or portfolio management role.
  • Familiarity with credit applications and risk assessment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
