Key Responsibilities- Support the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities.
- Ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities, maintaining efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional client service, communication, and organization skills to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage time effectively and maintain a proactive mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
- Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
- Minimum 1 years' assistant managerial / Supervisor experience.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Opera and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous.
