Job Title: Spa Welcome Host

Mint Wellness, situated at the beautiful Pezula Nature Retreat in Knysna, is seeking a seasonal Welcome host to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective administration of the front desk and reception area
  • Support the Spa Manager and front desk coordinator
  • Bookings and scheduling, and corresponding with guests
  • Welcoming guests to the spa with refreshments
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Beauty Therapy, administration or Sales diploma (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with duties and procedures in a Spa / Wellness Centre
  • At least 1 year experience as a receptionist in a Spa environment
  • MS Office, Excel, ESP and Opera knowledge advantageous
Competencies / Skills:
  • Communicate any problem areas to Spa Manager
  • Stock Take
  • Complete daily cash up and sales reports
  • Familiarity with treatment protocol and spa-related products
  • Responsible for the welcome drinks station
  • Welcoming clients at the spa
  • Build and maintain client relationships and communicate specials
  • Upsell products and services
