RICH LEAGUE MARKETING is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues, and providing solutions. You will also be required to assist with product/service inquiries, update customer information in the system, and follow up on customer complaints and concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Assist with product/service inquiries
  • Update customer information in the system
  • Follow up on customer complaints and concerns
  • Promote additional products/services when applicable

To succeed in this role, you must have 6 months of customer care experience (Call Centre / face-to-face) and be fluent in written and verbal English. You should also be able to work flexible shifts with reliable transportation. In return, we offer a competitive salary of R130,000 - R160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
