Administrative HR Officer

Are you an Administrative HR Officer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at JenRec Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory regulations. This will include supporting HR operations, managing recruitment processes, and providing guidance on employee relations and best practices.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP Success Factors are also essential.
The selected candidate will work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives and systems. They will also assist in developing and implementing training and development programs and contribute to performance management processes.
We look for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, and high levels of organisation, detail-orientation, and methodical approach.
