Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of employee training programs and workshops, enhancing the professional development of our team members.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop training materials, presentations, and supporting resources that meet the needs of our staff.
• Track and monitor training program participation, progress, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement, supporting the growth of our organization.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed, facilitating the smooth operation of our department.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed an HR qualification, such as an HR degree or certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resources principles.
• Strong interest in training, development, and talent management, with a passion for helping others grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of training programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment, supporting the achievement of our organization's goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, facilitating efficient communication and record-keeping.
