Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Human Resource Officer to manage administrative functions and human resources duties within our organization. This is a unique opportunity to join Staff Unlimited Recruitment and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration Functions:
    • Effective office management, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and projects.
    • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and making travel-related bookings.
    • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
    • Procurement and Budgeting: Managing budgets, making purchases, and maintaining financial records.
    • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing necessary measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Human Resources Functions:
    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records.
    • Employee Relations and Support: Providing HR support, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Training and Development: Planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Performance Management: Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
    • Compliance and Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, employee rights, and organizational policies.
    • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Managing payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

R12,000 - R15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
