Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of category performance and drivers of the P&L, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting.
  • Provision of commercial support and insight into operations and performance, enabling effective decision-making.
  • Compilation of management reports and KPI dashboards, highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Analysis of financial performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Development of strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets, aligned with business objectives.
  • Leveraging expertise in cost and efficiency projects to drive business excellence.
  • Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance factory and category profitability.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of management accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Advanced understanding of standard costing and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with CA (SA)/CGMA certification desirable.
Estimated Salary Range: R950,000 - R1,200,000 per annum
