About This Role
TalentCru is seeking a skilled Corporate Secretary to provide support to our Board Committees and Management Committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance framework and relevant legislation.
- Provide guidance to committee members on duties and responsibilities.
- Administer and maintain statutory books and records.
- Ensure quality standards are met for services provided to clients.
- Conduct research and prepare management reports.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate secretary roles.
- Qualifications such as CIS, B Com (Law), or LLB.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.
