Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, driving profitable sales volume, and achieving an excellent customer experience across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans, budgets, and accelerated growth strategies to address sales to the external market, South African and public sector markets, and maximize channel effectiveness.
  • Apply a deep understanding of provincial client and competitive markets and needs to execute on initiatives that will lead to greater market penetration.
  • Communicate the sales distribution strategic objectives, plan, and operating model to stakeholders.
  • Establish a fast and efficient lead management process and ensure effective resourcing, development, performance management, and retention plans are in place for the sales team.
  • Run collaborative meetings for retail sales and collate provincial specific retail tied sales information and compile relevant reports to respective stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective risk management and governance of company sales, including key individual management oversight of the sales activities and compliance function.
