Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our tender administration and NHBRC duties.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Administration: Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate, maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents, search for relevant tenders on various platforms, and coordinate the collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.
  • NHBRC Duties: Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents, and ensure the bid process is followed.
Requirements
  • Grade 12/Matric qualification
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1-2 years' experience in tendering or relevant work experience
What We Offer

We offer a competitive remuneration package of R10,000 - R12,000 per month.

The successful candidate will be required to answer a questionnaire relating to strengths and weaknesses as part of the interview process.
