Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dynamic Office Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to executives and manage their respective office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for Executives, prioritizing inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Act as a liaison and provide support to the Executives, arranging logistics for meetings and events, drafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters about the company and Directors, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Assist in selecting vendors and purchasing equipment, services, and supplies necessary for the organization's operation.
  • Replenish office materials such as printer paper and office supplies.
  • Provide event management support as requested.
  • Offer hospitality to all guests and contribute to creating a welcoming environment.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, maintain contact lists, make travel arrangements, and observe best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements
  • Matric/grade 12 certificate; an advantage if accompanied by a Certificate in Secretarial Studies.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is required.
  • Mastery of MS Office, PowerPoint, and a systemic approach to deliverables.
  • Prior sales and marketing knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
