Your Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct legal due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on legal risks and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal agreements are aligned with business objectives and mitigate potential legal risks.

Requirements

  • At least years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer or similar role.
  • LLB degree or B.Proc.
  • Admitted attorney.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions.
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
