Junior Lawyer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide cohesive and effective legal solutions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
- Based in KwaZulu-Natal.
- Minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of South African law and legal procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
