Requirements

    Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing teams in a call center environment, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong background in meeting and exceeding performance-driven targets.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
