Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all service levels and standard operating procedures of the 24-hour roadside and home emergency services call centre
  • Full line management function within scope of role
  • Analysing trends relative to area
  • Effectively managing operating costs within the call centre as per budget

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in 24-hour roadside and home emergency services, with vehicle tracking and recovery experience being advantageous.
