- Collate and maintain business development reports and databases
- Plan and coordinate advisor and client events
- Assist with ad-hoc presentations to financial advisors and clients
- Provide para-planning support to advisors on an ad-hoc basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including regulatory changes
- Bachelor of Commerce degree in investments, economics, business sciences, or related field
- CFP certification would be advantageous
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- At least 5 years' experience in the Financial Services industry, with significant engagement with independent advisors
- Afrikaans and English proficiency
- Basic understanding of investment management theory and principles, investment analysis and valuation, portfolio construction, asset classes, collective investment schemes, investment products, investment planning, the financial advice industry, practice management, and the regulatory environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with skills to build our brand
