Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Handle confidential information with discretion

Monitor and respond to emails

Research and analyze data

Assist with special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail
