Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with corporate CRM to plan and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Analyze data quality and segment customer bases to inform marketing activities
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination
• Implement a loyalty programme to grow customer base and retain existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and complaints efficiently
• Develop and track performance reports to measure campaign success
• Create corporate and guest communication materials to enhance brand image
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing
• Maintain a professional and favourable image of the company at all times
Experience
Essential: Sound knowledge of Loyalty Programmes and Direct Marketing principles
Database management and mining
Desirable: Marketing Diploma, 8 years plus Marketing experience in CRM
Technical Skills
SAS or any CRM Campaign Dissemination Tool
