Role Overview

Ferva Business Partners is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilise company systems and databases to access customer information, update records, and process orders or requests accurately.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional education or certification in customer service is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

What We Offer:
