We are seeking a visionary Global Hearing Care Pioneer to lead our groundbreaking hybrid audiology venture. As the face of our Cape Town clinic and online remote audiology business model, you will be responsible for shaping the future of audiology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our marketing development team to design and implement a hybrid business model that integrates offline and online operations.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality patient care through in-person and virtual consultations, focusing on hearing aid fittings and telehealth services.
  • Leadership: Drive sales growth by leveraging multi-channel marketing approaches and leading a team of audiologists and support staff.

Requirements

  • Essential:
    • 5+ years of audiology experience.
    • HPCSA-registered (valid certification).
    • Proven skills in hearing aid fitting and telehealth (e.g., remote programming, virtual consults).
  • Preferred:
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketing is beneficial.
