Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the Jarrison Time & Attendance system to ensure accurate recording of employee attendance.
- Deliver effective HR and payroll administration services.
- Process payroll for over 1,000 employees on a weekly basis with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with tax legislation, UIF, PAYE, and other statutory requirements through diligent work.
- Utilize the VIP System for efficient payroll processing, showcasing proficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 qualification is required.
A diploma or certification in Payroll Administration or a related field is necessary.
At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration is essential.
Prior experience within the Automotive industry would be beneficial.
Ability to administer a Time & Attendance system (Jarrison experience advantageous).
