About the Role

The Payroll Administrator position at Accumulo Consulting (Pty) Ltd involves overseeing payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Effective management of payroll systems, including Pastel Payroll or VIP
  • Thorough understanding of PAYE calculations, UIF, and Workmen's Compensation requirements
  • Efficient processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Accurate completion of SARS Efiling and Easyfile submissions
  • Proper preparation and submission of EMP501 and EMP201 returns
  • Ufiling management and maintenance
Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of VIP payroll
  • Experience with Efiling
  • Proficiency in Easyfile
  • Ufiling expertise
