Financial Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage client queries and requirements related to accounting
* Assist sales staff as needed
* Prepare quotations and invoices
* Oversee customer account management, including debtors
* Conduct debtors age analysis and prepare statements
* Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts
* Manage allocations and receipts
* Perform supplier age analysis and prepare payment schedules
* Assist with dispatch, stock control, forecasting, and issuing
* Provide general administrative support

**Requirements:**

* Matric and three years of finance administration experience
* Own transport is preferable
* Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Pastel process systems is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Afrikaans
* Ability to work as a team player with excellent customer service skills
