About the Position

As a Fibre Sales Specialist, your primary role will be to sell fibre services to new customers within specific areas. This involves actively promoting fibre services, answering questions, and closing sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Main Duties

  • Sales: Promote fibre services to new customers within specific areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction at all stages.
  • Sales Process: Manage and track leads and sales using the company system (Solid).
  • Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed by management.
  • Marketing Support: Share information about fibre sales on social media and use sales collateral effectively.
  • Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Equipment Care: Maintain all sales and marketing materials in good condition.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Suggest locations for activations and marketing opportunities to improve team effectiveness.

What We Offer
